- Clarence W. Sheese, 43, Buckeye Avenue, Alliance, was cited for driving without reasonable control at 2:15 p.m. Friday. He was southbound on Rochester Road in West Township driving a dump truck pulling a flatbed trailer with an excavator on it. He went off the left side of the road. The trailer overturned and the load struck a telephone pole.

- Chaz Cunningham, 20, Malvernon Street., East Liverpool, was cited for driving without reasonable control at 5:18 p.m. Thursday. He was southbound on state Route 39 and distracted by a flying insect in the vehicle. He went off the right side of the road and then off the left side, striking a ditch and overturning. Cunningham was listed as having minor injuries, but was not treated.

- David A. Baldwin, 72, South 15 th Street, Sebring, and Terry Oiler, 42, Buzzard Road, Wellsville, were both stopped on state Route 45 at a traffic signal for construction in Yellow Creek Township at 4:39 p.m. Friday when another northbound vehicle driven by Richard Phillips, 76, Mick Road, Wellsville, struck Oiler's vehicle and pushed it into Baldwin's. Phillips was cited for assured clear distance and had minor injuries, but was not transported. Oiler's wife transported both he and his 16-year-old daughter, a passenger in the vehicle, to East Liverpool City Hospital with minor injuries. Baldwin and his passenger, Gretchen Baldwin, 73, were both listed as also having minor injuries, but were not transported.
