Bella weighed 7 pounds and15 ounces and was 20 inches long. She joins a sister, Ruby Faye Anderson.
Grandparents are James and Lorri Foster of Salineville.
Great-grandparents are M.E. Lewis Sr. of Iuka, Ill., and the late Barbara Faye Lewis.
