The bride is the daughter of Gene and Mary St. Clair of Calcutta and Jeff and Lue Ellan Felton of Kentucky.
The bridegroom's parents are Steve and Judy Hall of East Liverpool and the late Thomas Green.
April Willis, the bride's sister, was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Erin Green, the bridegroom's sister; and Brittany Ross.
Alayna Willis, the bride's niece, was the junior bridesmaid.
Michael Ross served as the best man.
Groomsmen were Steve Willis, Steve Hall and Gene St. Clair.
Saige Willis, the bride's nephew, was ring bearer.
Flower girls were Mirrah Green, the bride and bridegroom's daughter, and Katlyn Zhender, the bridegroom's niece.
A reception followed at the Moose Lodge in East Liverpool.
The bride is a dental assistant currently employed by Dr. Scott Grosser in East Liverpool.
