Mike and Cindy Heilman of Weirton, W. Va., are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Carly M. Heilman, to Jared E. Coldwell. He is the son of Dave and Lisa Coldwell of Summitville.
The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University. She received a master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is currently employed as a speech-language pathologist at Campbell City Schools.
Her fiance is a 2007 graduate of West Virginia University. He is employed as owner of OhioWoodLands.com.

The couple's Nov. 19 wedding will be held at First United Methodist Church in Lisbon.
A reception will follow at the Salem Golf Club.
