SEBRING - Sebring lost its home opener to Lowellville 55-47. Dakota Wagner led the Trojans with 16 points. Corey Baia and Jake Hubbs added 11 each.

Full statistics were not reported to the Salem News.

Sebring (1-2, 0-2 ITCL Tier 2) travels to McDonald Friday.

South Range 93,

Mineral Ridge 52

CANFIELD - South Range got off to a bombastic start outscoring Mineral Ridge 27-4 in the first quarter and cruising to a 93-52 win.

Leading the Radiers was Jordan Baker with 19 points. Brandon Pluchinsky added 18 and Dan Good had 14. Zac Czopur added 12 points and Isaac Schuster tallied 10.

The Raiders also won the jayvee game 70-23. Leading South Range was Jake Arsuffi with 17 points.

South Range (2-1) will play Saturday night at Lisbon.

COLUMBIANA - Lisbon used a 20-5 third quarter to power past Columbiana 61-31 Tuesday. Leading the Blue Devils was Zac Barnes with a game-high 24 points including five 3-pointers. Zach Rovnak added seven points and six steals. Ben Spencer added seven points and four steals, and Matt Spencer had six points and eight rebounds

For Columbiana, Kyle Bryan had 15 points, and Jake DeJong added 12.

Columbiana won the jayvee game 43-36.

Lisbon (3-1) hosts South Range Friday.

Columbiana (0-3) hosts East Palestine.

COLUMBIANA - Youngstown Christian topped Heartland Christian 60-42.

For the Lions, Kyle Burgess had 11 points, five assists and four steals. Grant Ramsey had 11 boards, and Matt Baker and Glen Hoffman had eight points each.

Youngstown Christian also won the jayvee game 37-24. Leading Heartland was Hoffman with nine.

The Lions (0-4) hosts Lowellville Friday.

NEW MIDDLETOWN - Springfield dropped United 59-26 in an ITCL Tier 1 contest Tuesday. The Tigers held the Eagles scoreless in the first quarter starting the game on a 26-0 run. Leading the Tigers was Eoghan Bees with 16 points. Ronnie Rogers added 14, and Nick Russell had 12 points and four blocks.

Kyle Widlicka had 10 for United.

Springfield also won the jayvee game 48-18. Brandon Chamberlain had 14 for the Tigers.

Springfield (2-1) hosts Crestview on Tuesday.

United (0-4) travels to Crestview Friday.
