COLUMBIANA-Jack W. Kuhlman, 59, of 366 S. Main St., died at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday at his home following a seven-month illness.
Born May 30, 1952, in Youngstown, he was the son of the late Jack D. and Grace Rummel Kuhlman.
Mr. Kuhlman was a member of Jerusalem Lutheran Church. He had been employed at Columbiana Pump and later Col-Pump for 33 years and had also been employed as an alloy sampler for McCreath Labs the past five years.
Survivors include his wife, the former Rachel L. Stacy, whom he married Dec. 12, 1970; a daughter, Stacy Lynne (Sid) Villines of Bedford, Ky.; two sons, Patrick William (Denise) Kuhlman and Chad Donald (Sara) Kuhlman, both of Columbiana; a brother, Craig Kuhlman of Columbiana; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home with Pastor Sean Myers officiating.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
