Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Blair, formerly of Lisbon, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a reception on Dec. 11 at the Lynn Haven Garden Club.
The former Carolyn J. Winters, daughter of the late Edgar and Roberta Winters, and Mr. Blair, son of Mabel Blair Pitts and the late William Blair, were married on Dec. 10, 1961, in Summitville. Ron Gerren was the best man and the bride's sister, Diana (Winters) Mullins, was the maid of honor.
Mr. Blair served in the U.S. Air Force and National Guard. The couple moved to Florida in 1982.

They have four children, Deb Bentley, Mike Blair and Steve Blair, all of Youngstown, Fla., and Chuck Blair of Fountain, Fla. They also have six grandchildren and one great- granddaughter.
The reception was hosted by their daughter.
