Son, Ryder Allen Smith, born Jan.6 at Moore Regional Hospital, to Nathan and Rachel Smith of Sanford, N.C.
Ryder weighed 9 pounds and 5 ounces and was 21.25 inches long. He joins a brother, Kaden.
Grandparents are Rick and Vicki Sachs of Calcutta and Stephen and Sally Smith of Wellsville.
Great-grandparents are Jackie Sachs, Connie Virden, Warren and Helen Smith and Robert and Dottie Kittridge, all of Calcutta.
