LISBON - A 13-year-old Salem boy was cited in Columbiana County Juvenile Court this week after he allegedly violated his probation by becoming suspended from school for bad behavior, being disrespectful toward school officials and a parent, as well as, consuming alcohol causing severe intoxication.
Another 13-year-old Salem boy was cited for reportedly drinking alcohol on Monday.
