Man pleads guilty in break in

LISBON - Shane M. Kantis, pleaded guilty Wednesday to complicity to breaking and entering and theft. 11CR173. He faces a maximum of two and a half years in prison and $7,500 in fines. A sentencing hearing has been set for April 20.

Brian T. Parker Sr., 45, Sharp Street, Salem, pleaded guilty Wednesday to failure to verify his residence and failure to notify the sheriff of a change of address. Parker faces up to 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. According to court documents in June 2011, Parker failed to perform the required address notifications as a registered sexual offender from a previous rape conviction in a 1998 case. Sentencing is set for April 20.

Mareese J. Sanders pleaded guilty Tuesday to three counts of possession of drugs and two counts of trafficking in drugs. Sanders had heroin in his possession on May 12, May 25 and May 26. He also had crack cocaine in his possession on May 25 and 26. Sentencing is set for Feb. 24.
