- Edna J. Hillman, 36, Beech Street, Hanoverton, was northbound on Whinnery Road in Butler Township at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday and lost control, sliding off the west side of the road and striking a parked car owned by Thomas Cox Jr., of Jacobs Logtown Road, Lisbon. Hillman was cited for failure to control.
- Daniel L. Schaeffer, 23, Lake Street, Beloit, was northbound on Knox School Road in Knox Township at 5:39 p.m. Monday and Carol L. Cobbs, 62, Knox School Road, Alliance, was southbound and attempted to turn left in a private drive and was struck by Schaeffer while crossing the northbound lane. The impact caused her car to travel off the east side of the road and into a ditch. She was cited for right of way at intersections.
- Angela S. McManaway, 33, Brookfield, Trumbull County, and an unknown truck were northbound on state Route 11 in Elkrun Township at 3:37 p.m. Monday and McManaway told troopers a piece of wood came off the truck striking her car. The truck left the scene.
- Carter L. Vandyke Jr., 26, state Route 45, Lisbon, was cited for OVI this week following the results of a drug test. The test was conducted after Vandyke was involved in a vehicle accident on state Route 172 in Center Township on Jan. 3.
