LISBON - Robin L. Fankhouser-Bufwack, 49, Leavittsburg, was served a secret indictment on Wednesday for charges of theft, deception to obtain dangerous drugs and illegal processing of drug documents. The charges are fourth-degree felonies.

According to court documents, beginning in March 2011 and continuing through July 1, 2011 Fankhouser-Bufwack was accused of depriving Salem Community Hospital of dilaudid, morphine and other dangerous drugs by intentionally falsifying the ordering or dispensing of the drugs.

Gloria J. Prottengeier, 37, Walnut Street, Salem, was served Thursday with a secret indictment for a aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony. Court documents allege Prottengeier seriously harmed Rebecca Stoffer, while attempting or committing a theft offense on Dec. 7, 2011.

Both women were indicted by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in February.
