Victor weighed 6 pounds and 8 ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long. He joins three siblings, Alexandria Yorlano, 11; Adrianna Yorlano, 5; and Vincent Yorlano, 4.
Maternal grandparents are James and Mary Wagner of Salem.
Paternal grandparents are Peter and Susan Kearns of Salem.
