Tom and Patty Bauman of Salem are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Molly Bauman, to Derrick Salisbury. He is the son of Walt and Marquetta Salisbury of Castalia.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Salem High School and earned a master's of education degree and a bachelor's of science degree from Bowling Green State University. She is employed as a health and wellness coordinator at Teletech in Amherst.
Her fiance graduated from Margaretta High School in 2000. He is employed at Fenner-Dunlap in Port Clinton.
