WEIRTON -The Oak Glen girls' tennis team won all four singles and all thrree doubles matches en route to a 7-0 victory Friday over Hancock County rival Weir at Starvaggi Park.
In singles, Oak Glen's Anna Crawford defeated Catie, Givens, 8-0, at No. 1, Solita Krauss defeated Meghan Finton, 9-8 (7-5), at No. 2, Haley?Spurlock defeated Ashley Saver, 8-0, at No. 3 and Abbi Sayre defeated Lauren?Mills, 8-1, at No. 4.
In douubles, the Golden Bears' Crawford teammed up with Sayre to defeat Finton and Saver, 8-3, at No. 1. at No. 2, Krauss and Spurlock defeated Givens and Mills, 8-0, and at No. 3, Lauren Pizzurro teamed up with Maddy Hill to defeat Mikayla Zias and Morgan Cassels, 9-8 (7-2).
