- Mary L. Myers, 72, Fairfield School Road, Columbiana, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Fairfield Township at 2:30 p.m. Saturday and went off the right side of the road and struck a mailbox.

- Robert C. Hargreaves, 64, Foundry Hill Road, Hanoverton, was northbound on the ramp to U.S. 30 and state Route 11 in St. Clair Township at 6:35 p.m. May 27 and went off the right side of the road and into a ditch before his vehicle struck an embankment. He was cited for failure to control.

- Judy L. Dolpha, 54, Canton, was northbound on August Road in West Township at 6:34 p.m. May 28 and went off the east side of the road and struck a utility pole and a ditch and then went off the west edge of the road and struck an embankment and then returned to the road.

- Darrell D. Duvall, 61, Raley Road, New Waterford, was westbound on state Route 517 in Fairfield Township at 3:43 p.m. May 30 and stopped for oncoming eastbound traffic in order to make a left turn onto Raley Road when Roger L. Long, 34, state Route 62, Salem, was westbound and failed to stop and struck his vehicle. Long was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

- Abigail A. Johnston, 33, Butler Grange Road, Salem, was stopped on Rochester Road in Knox Township at 3:53 p.m. Friday at the Georgetown Road intersection waiting to turn left and Marion M. Franzen, 77, East State Street, Salem, was eastbound on Georgetown Road. When Johnston entered the intersection and attempted to turn left Franzen failed to stop for a stop sign and struck Johnston's vehicle. Franzen was cited for right of way.

- Randy Yarwasky, 48, Georgetown Damascus Road, Beloit, was northbound on Rochester Road in Knox Township at 4:42 p.m. May 27 and failed to control and went off the left side and struck a ditch and a sign. He was cited for failure to control.
