LISBON In Municipal Court Thursday, Hope L. Phillips, 27, Lynn Street, was sentenced to 50 days in jail for each of two theft charges. For possession of drug paraphernalia, she was sentenced to 30 days and had her license suspended 180 days. Charges of resisting arrest and obstructing official business were dismissed.

Christopher B. Straight, 40, Pennsylvania Avenue Extension, was fined $75 for driving under suspension and $30 for no turn signal.

Damien M. Brown, 31, Country Side Drive, Salem, was fined $250, sentenced to 90 days, 70 suspended, and placed on probation two years.

A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Donald M. Shaw, 57, St. Clair Avenue after the whereabouts of the alleged victim could not be determined.

A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Nicholas Weyand, 23, Dewey Avenue, after the alleged victim refused to prosecute.

Eric J. White, 36, Thompson Avenue, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days, 120 suspended, and placed on probation two years, each, for a third domestic violence charge and for violating a protection order.

Kip A. Bailey, 24, state Route 267, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 80 suspended, and placed on probation two years for domestic violence.

Jeffrey N. Crowe, 48, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 20 suspended, and placed on two years probation for receiving stolen property. For violating a protection order, he was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, suspended, and placed on probation two years.
