Oak Glen Xtreme picks up 9th win
New Cumberland - Taylor McKay drove in four runs on a triple and single and Logan Andrews knocked in three runs with a triple and double to lead Xtreme to a 11-0 win over the Oak Glen Stingers. Alex Arnott had two hits, Mikayla Crane had two RBI with a double while Hannah Clunk, Connor McGaffic and Cassidy Strum all hit safely for Xtreme (9-1). Clunk struck out eight for the mound win. Elise Smith doubled and Kaylin Rice singled for the Stingers.
Wellsville holding physicals for athletes
EAST LIVERPOOL - Any student at a Wellsville school planning to participate in a school sponsored sport for the 2012-2013 school year may get a free physical June 20-21 and July 25-26 at EZ Care located at 16728 St. Clair Ave. Athletes must pick up a 2012 physical form at the superintendent's office if they do not have one.

Team Mojo Foundation holding event
WELLSVILLE - Team Mojo Foundation will hold the 2nd Annual Center Pharmacy Back To School 5K Run & Walk, August 25th. The event will start and finish at Wellsville High School. EL wrestling camp to be held June 11-12
EAST LIVERPOOL - East Liverpool will be hosting a wrestling camp June 11-12 at the high school. Students in grades K-4 will go from 10 a.m. to noon both days at a cost of $60. Students in grades 5-12 will go 10 a.m. to noon and 1-2:30 p.m. both days at a cost of $75. A team discount of $20 per student will be given to any school district with five or more students attending. All East Liverpool students are covered by the booster club. Registration will be held the moring of camp. Camp will be led by Josh Moore, assistant coach at Kent State University who will be bringing several All-American wrestlers with him. OGHS youth wrestling camp June 11-15
NEW MANCHESTER - There will be a youth wrestling camp at Oak Glen High School June 11-15 from 9-11 a.m. This camp is for wrestlers in K-8 and will cost $50 per wrestler and will include a camp t-shirt. We will be accepting walk-ins, but would like to know wrestlers ahead of time so we can get shirt sizes.
