LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday David Fusillo, 42, Fernwood Avenue, Youngstown, was fined $250, sentenced to three days jail with three days credit for time served, placed on one year monitored probation and had his driver's license suspended for 180 days for reckless operation. Fined $30 for speeding.
Michael L. Hardgrove, 52, East Lake Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving without a valid licensee.
Dustin Scott Steckman, 21, state Route 168, Hookstown, Pa., was fined $50 for speeding.
Dave J. McMichael, 34, Metz Road, New Waterford, was fined $675, sentenced to three days jail and one year intensive probation, had his driver's license suspended for six months and was ordered to perform 30 hours community service for OVI first offense. OVI breath .08 gram case dismissed.
A July 24 pretrial was set for Michael J. Parker, 29, Rochester Road, Kensington, charged with speeding.
A July 2 pretrial was set for Ryan M. Carte, 34, Hartley Road, Alliance, charged with possession or use of a controlled substance.
A July 10 pretrial was set for Brandie N. Lawrence, 26, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, charged with theft.
