- Daniel Joshua Seymour, 24, Andrew Avenue, Salem, was southbound on Rochester Road in West Township at 6:30 a.m. Thursday and drove off the right side of the road and then crossed over to the left side of the road struck a ditch and overturned. He was cited for failure to control, and he and a passenger, Lindsay I. McGaffic, 19, Andrew Avenue, Salem, were taken to Salem Hospital with incapacitating injuries.

- Harry L. Stewart, 52, Dunn Street, East Liverpool, and Douglas F. Aldridge, 44, Merrittstown, Pa., were eastbound on U.S. 30 in Center Township at 3:51 p.m. Wednesday and Aldridge attempted to make a right hand turn onto Stookesberry Road and was struck by Stewart. Stewart was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
