OG Xtreme earns 11-5 win over OG Power

CHESTER - Logan Andrews struck out 15 batters as Oak Glen Xtreme won, 11-5, over the Oak Glen Power. Taylor McKay drove in two runs with a triple and single. Andrews also drove in three runs with a double and singles. Sam Talbott tripled, and Alex Arnott and Monica McDole each singled for Xtreme (10-2). Ashley Pryor led the Power (5-8) with a triple, while Marissa Young and Erin Fields each doubled.

OG boys youth basketball camp?June 27-29

NEW MANCHESTER - Oak Glen will host a basketball camp for boys ages 8-14 June 27-29 from 9-11:30 a.m. at the high school. Cost is $35. For more information, call Dave Smith at 304-919-3718.

Concealed carry pistol being offered

LISBON -The Columbiana County Fish and Game Club will be offering a two day concealed carry pistol class at their indoor range from 6-10 p.m. June 21 from and from, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 23 at the club is located at 45716 Middle Beaver Road in Lisbon. This class meets the CCW requirements for residents of Ohio and West Virginia. Pre-registration is required. BL/Lisbon youth basketball camp being held

CALCUTTA - Beaver Local and Lisbon boys basketball will be holding a youth basketball camp for boy entering grades 4-8 from 10 a.m. to noon June 25-28 at Beaver Local High School. The camp will work on individual and team skills. The cost is $35 and each camper will receive a t-shirt. Beaver Local youth soccer summer camp

CALCUTTA - The Beaver Local High School soccer program is sponsoring a summer camp June 25-28 at the high school field for boys and girls entering grades 1-8. Camp director Elizabeth Connor will lead a staff of qualified coaches for personalized instruction.
