LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Randy P. Ring, 58, Hartley Road, Alliance, was bound over to the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury on a domestic violence charge. Ring, who has a previous domestic violence conviction, is accused of shoving Willa Taylor-Hillmann to the ground, attempting to put his fingers into her eyes and pulling her hair, before striking her parked vehicle several times in both the front and back ends with his vehicle on June 10.

Jessica L. Smith, 31, Columbia Street, Salem, was fined $1,180, had her license suspended for a year, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and required 20 hours community service for OVI second offense, driving under suspension, seat belt and tail lights violation.

Jerry Castelucci Jr., 21, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $200, sentenced to a day in jail and required 50 hours community service for littering from a vehicle and theft for taking cigarettes at the Circle K in Columbiana.

Eric B. Mansfield, 27, Youngstown, was fined $100 and required 25 hours community service for no license, amended from driving under suspension.
