LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Brett J. Young, 25, West North Avenue, East Palestine, was bound over to the Common Pleas Court grand jury on a possession of cocaine charge.
Young was also sentenced to three days in jail, fined $770, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours community service for OVI second offense, driving without a valid license, tail lights and drug paraphernalia.
George E. Rounds, 49, Maple Heights, was fined $775, had his license suspended for six months, required to perform 20 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and speeding.
Matthew S. Vogan, 48, Hawkins Road, New Waterford, was fined $675, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours of community service for OVI first offense.
Jeffery A. Dawson, 50, Steubenville Pike Road, Lisbon, was fined $500 and ordered to surrender his four dogs by July 1 for five counts of failure to confine dogs. He is not to possess any dogs while on probation. He also had a previous conviction of failing to confine dogs.
Richard B. Bernardi, 23, Malvern, was fined $400 for improper registration and no license amended from driving under suspension.
Garth A. Wilcox, 41, Hickman Road, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Kevin D. Pasco, 42, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail for theft for taking a rototiller from the front of T and M Hardware on May 8.
Terrance L. Sullivan, 18, Youngstown, was fined $125 for a stop sign violation and no license amended from driving under suspension.
Holly Marie Ferguson, 21, Cherry Street, Salem, was fined $100 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
A July 2 pretrial was set for Carrie K. Jones, 38, Waddell Street, Leetonia, charged with OVI first offense.
A July 2 pretrial was set for Kaid D. Todd, 21, Chestnut Street, Leetonia, charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He also signed a waiver of extradition allowing him to be returned to Pima County, Arizona, where he faces an endangerment charge.
A July 2 pretrial was set for Jonathan A. Post, 24, Farmdale, charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct for allegedly fleeing from police investigating a reported breaking and entering on Brooklyn Street in Salem on Tuesday.
A July 10 pretrial was set for Terry L. Ramsey, 36, last known address Lisa Lane, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property after allegedly taking a shelf, paint cans, curtain rods, a red bicycle frame and other items which belonged in a West Pershing Street garage and scrapping the items for $70 to Solomon's Scrap and Salvage.
A July 26 pretrial was set for Matthew Robert Ayers, 20, Main Street, Leetonia, charged with theft for allegedly entering a Somer Street home and taking a purse belonging to Ashley Floor on June 1.
A July 30 pretrial was set for Brian W. Yeager, 49, Salineville Road, Mechanicstown, charged with OVI first offense and marked lanes.
A Sept. 11 pretrial was set for Thomas J. Mercer Jr., 19, Fairfield Avenue, Columbiana, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.
