LISBON - Hashim Dunlap, 29, Columbus, pleaded no contest to possession of drugs (cocaine) on Monday in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Sentencing is set for Aug. 9. He faces up to 12 months in prison and a $2,500 fine, as well as a forfeiture of $1,425 in his possession at the time the crime was committed.
