LISBON - Jerry L. Adams, 62, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was served a secret indictment Sunday for three counts of workers compensation fraud. According to court documents, Adams allegedly fraudulently obtained workers compensation assistance during three periods between Jan. 1, 2010 and Dec. 31, 2011.
Derrick J. Faulkner, 28, West Perry Street, Salem, was served a secret indictment for receiving stolen property after he allegedly had jewelry belonging to his mother on Sept. 1, 2011. The jewelry was valued at between $1,000 and $7,500.
Both men were indicted by the June session of the grand jury of the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court.
