LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, John W. Watson, 19, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $675, sentenced to three days in jail, had his license suspended for six months and required 30 hours of community service for OVI first offense. A marked lanes citation was dismissed.

Carrie K. Jones, 38, Waddell Street, Leetonia, was fined $300, sentenced to three days in jail, had her license suspended for six months and was required 30 hours of community service for physical control amended from OVI first offense.

David Tedder, 47, Rose Avenue, Salem, was fined $130 for no license and failure to control. A sentencing hearing was set for Aug. 6 after he pleaded no contest to theft for taking jewelry belonging to Shirley Martin and pawning it at Cash Land of Salem and another local pawn shop.

Ian M. Iagulli, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct after he had been warned several times to stop yelling profanities at an East Pershing Street location on June 11.

Tabitha M. Townsend, 29, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was fined $150 for speeding and no license amended from driving under FRA suspension.

A July 31 pretrial was set for Lizette D. Brogan, 46, Woodland Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

A July 31 pretrial was set for Autumn R. Blakeman, 22, South Main Street, Columbiana, charged with OVI first offense.

An Aug. 2 pretrial was set for Brandon A. Homan, 19, Roller Road, Salem, cited with reckless operation.

An Aug. 2 pretrial was set for Glendon F. Dowd Jr., 42, Cream Ridge Road, Lisbon, cited with speeding.

An Aug. 7 pretrial was set for Patrick W. Prokop, 34, North Bayshore Drive, Columbiana, cited with reckless operation.

An Aug. 7 pretrial was set for Kenny L. Parks, 53, Miller Road, Leetonia, cited with criminal trespassing after he allegedly went into the trailer home of John Thoman and Patty Robles while they were away and removed their animals. The dogs were taken to the county dog pound on May 15.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Belinda M. Jackson, 41, Denver Street, East Liverpool, cited with driving under suspension.
