LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday a Sept. 10 pretrial was set for Jeffrey D. Nulf, 45, West Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with OVI third offense, no motorcycle endorsement and failure to control after he crashed while fleeing from East Palestine police on June 27.
Anna M. Mayle, 20, Rochester Road, East Rochester, was fined $60 for assured clear distance and child restraint.
Alex J. Conkle, 18, Macklin Road, New Waterford, was fined $30 for traffic control lights and signals.
A July 31 pretrial was set for Casey J. Swiger, Lincoln Street, Salineville, 26, cited with obstruction of official business.
An Aug. 2 pretrial was set for Shawn A. Fullerton, 20, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with OVI first offense.
An Aug. 2 pretrial was set for Timothy W. Anderson, 31, Stewart Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.
An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Edwin Lee Duncan, 23, Newton Falls, cited with improper exhaust.
An Aug. 7 pretrial was set for Roger E. Johnson Jr., 47, Warren, cited with marked lanes following a two-vehicle crash during the Salem Cruise in Salem.
An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for Delores A. Pahanish, 83, Miller Road, Leetonia, charged with criminal trespassing after she reportedly has been repeatedly asked to stay off a neighboring property and out of the barn.
An Aug. 13 pretrial was set for both Curt R. Stone, 47, and Brittany M. Downie, 23, both of Park Avenue, East Palestine, and cited with disorderly conduct after allegedly causing a fight or being involved in other turbulent behavior on June 16.
An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Isaac L. LeMasters Jr., 42, Salineville Road West, Salineville, cited with failure to reinstate a license.
