- Martin Nemenz, 52, Main Street, Hanoverton, was cited for failure to stop an assured cleared distance after he struck the rear of a Ford Edge being driven on state Route 45 in Center Township at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
-Jessica Swagger, 16, state Route 518, Lisbon, was cited for failure to stop an assured cleared distance after she drove into the rear of a stopped SUV being driven by Brittany Rambo, 24, of Chicago, on U.S. Route 30 in Madison Township at 4:55 p.m. Monday.
- James Haddad, 35, Main Street, Wellsville, was cited for failing to stop an assured cleared distance after he drove into the rear of Jeep Wrangler driven by Dorothy Roberts, 43, Kountz Avenue, Wellsville, as Roberts was turning into a private driveway on Campground Road in Liverpool Township at 10:45 a.m. Monday.
- Denver Lucas, 63, of Sebring, was cited for failure to yield after he pulled into a semi-truck driven by Daniel Krochka, 45, of Cuyahoga Falls, striking the semi. The accident occurred at the intersection of Georgetown and Knox School roads in Knox Township at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday.
- Ruth Altenhof, 76, Mountz Road, Salem, was cited for failure to yield after she pulled in front of a motorcycle operated by Benjamin Seidner, 21, North Market Street, Lisbon, resulting in an accident, which occurred on U.S. Route 30 in Hanover Township at 6:52 p.m. Wednesday. Seidner was taken by ambulance to a hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
- Jodi Wolfe, 50, Duke Vodrey Road, East Liverpool, was cited for failure to control after she went off Park Way in Liverpool Township and struck a road sign and ran over two small trees before striking a large tree at 2 p.m. June 27. Wolfe was taken by helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital.
- Shane Meade, 33, Vine Street, Leetonia, was cited for failure to control and OVI after he went off the road and into a ditch while driving a PT Cruiser on state Route 14 in Beaver Township, Mahoning County, at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday.
- Amanda Pedro, 23, East Sixth Street, Salem, was cited for failing to stop an assured cleared distance after she struck the rear of an Impala driven by Mark Andrews, 65, of New Castle, Pa., which had slowed for traffic on Teegarden Road in Hanover Township at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday.
- Bryan Morrow, 47, Sophia Street, East Liverpool, was cited for driving left of center after he sideswiped a Maxima being driven by Zachary Dunn, 24, Front Street, Negley, on state Route 170 in Middleton Township at noon on Tuesday. Dunn's vehicle also struck the guardrail in an attempt to get out of the way.
- Harve Richards, 63, Logtown Road, Lisbon, was cited for improper backing after he backed from his driveway into a pickup truck belonging to David Flynn, state Route 7, New Waterford. The accident occurred at 2:26 p.m. June 30.
- Stephen Hendricks, 22, state Route 9, Hanoverton, was cited for failure to control after he said his brakes failed, and he went through a stop sign and struck a mail box post, embankment and tree on Depot Road in Salem Township at 10 p.m. June 30.
