LISBON - A secret indictment was served Friday to Joseph M. Bernier, 29, Main Street, Homeworth, who is charged with possession of drugs, illegal possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance.
According to court documents, Bernier allegedly had methamphetamine and chemicals in his possession on Aug. 5, along with a sawed-off 410 shotgun.
