LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Tuesday, Amanda L. Shirey, 26, Canfield, was fined $350, had her license suspended for eight months and required 100 hours of community service for failure to control and reckless operation, amended from OVI second offense.
Additionally, Shirey pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and disorderly conduct while voluntarily intoxicated. On those charges she was found eligible for treatment in lieu of review and a hearing was set for Oct. 16.
