LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, Matthew A. Foust, 30, Ridgewood Drive, Salem, was fined $150 for failure to control and lighted lights required.
Calvin J. Bosworth, 23, Lihue, Hawaii, was fined $250, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 40 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension. Fined $50 for expired plates.
Craig J. Bryant, 43, Home Circle, Salem, was fined $130 for failure to control and disorderly conduct.
Anne L. May, 46, Elkton-West Point Road, Lisbon, was fined $1,114.67 and placed on two years monitored probation for animal cruelty. According to court documents, May reportedly neglected to take her chocolate Labrador mix-breed dog to a veterinarian on April 25 after it was struck by and Ohio Edison truck and sustained severe traumatic head injuries.
Daniel J. Ramsey, 23, Ridge Road, Salem, was fined $250 for driving under 12-point suspension.
Shawn P. Luketic, 38, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $100 for bonfires/rubbish fires.
Brittany S. Bates, 19, McKee Road, Wellsville, was fined $250 for wrongful entrustment.
Charles R. Morjock II, 27, Springfield Road, Poland, was fined $50 for unsafe vehicle.
