- Courtney L. Jackson, 25, state Route 172, Lisbon, and Steven P. McGrew, 26, Pine Lake Road, Beloit, were southbound on Baker Road in Hanover Township at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday when Jackson stopped for a stop sign at the intersection, and McGrew was unable to stop and struck Jackson's vehicle.
- Joyce A. Grindle, 62, Woodsdale Road, Hanoverton, was eastbound on state Route 558 in Salem at 4:50 p.m. Tuesday and went off the right side of the road and struck a curve sign that was supported by two posts. Grindle was cited for failure to control.
- Emily N. Brotherton, 18, East Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was eastbound on Lisbon Road in Salem at 3 a.m. Saturday and lost control, slid off the left side and struck an embankment then fled. She was later cited with failure to control.
- Christina M. Hicks, 32, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Center Township at 11:30 a.m. July 25 and David C. Andress, 53, Akron, attempted to pass traffic and struck Hicks as she turned left onto Crosser Road. Andress was cited for driving on the left side of the road and his passenger, Shelby Andress, 18, Akron, was taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
- Lynette M. Hooley, 20, Ranger, Ga., was westbound on U.S. 30 in Hanover Township at 4:10 p.m. July 25 and Bernd Rosellen, 63, Prompton, Pa., began to pass several cars in a no passing zone and struck Hooley's vehicle and overturned. He was cited for improper passing and motorcycle endorsement.
- Brian K. Morrow, 47, Sophia Street, East Liverpool, was northbound on state Route 170 in Middleton Township at 8:30 a.m. Monday and Jason Workman, 23, Bye Road, East Palestine, was southbound on state Route 170. Morrow went left of center and struck Workman's vehicle. Morrow was cited for lanes of travel and Workman was taken to Salem Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
- James R. Brite, 56, Stockport, Morgan County, was westbound on Saltwell Road in Center Township at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday and George Tepsic, 68, Winona Road, Salem, was eastbound and went left of center and struck Brite's vehicle head-on. Tepsic was cited for lanes of travel and taken to Salem Hospital with incapacitating injuries.
- Julene L. Day, 31, state Route 558, New Waterford, was westbound on Middleton Road in Fairfield Township at 7 a.m. Wednesday and went off the south side and struck a mailbox, garbage can, ditch and a rock and overturned. Day was cited for failure to control and taken to Salem Hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
