Voters in the Columbiana school district in both Columbiana and Mahoning counties will go to the polls today to decide a 1.237-mill bond issue. If approved, the issue will raise $4 million for the refurbishment of South Side Middle School. Polls will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
