Australian family entertainer Seona McDowell sings to attendees Friday during the international cultural event known this year as the Salem iFest, giving residents a chance to celebrate their heritage in the municipal lot across from Timberlanes. The iFest continues today at 3 p.m. and features the annual Salem Grande Parade, which steps out at 6 p.m. from Union Avenue and travels west on State Street through downtown, then north on Ellsworth, disbanding at Second Street.
