SALEM - Tracie A. Hensley, 49, died Thursday at her home.
Tracie was born July 21, 1963 in Youngstown, a daughter of Richard Cannon and Linda (Wise) Fletcher.
She attended Struthers grade school, Crestview High School her freshman year, and graduated from Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda, Fla., where she and her family moved when she was a sophomore. She lived in Florida many years then later moved to North Carolina and Virginia, and came back home to this area in April 2011.
Since returning to this area, Tracie was currently working as a supervisor for Janitor and Building Maintenance, Inc. While in North Carolina and Virginia, she worked for Charter Communications, managing several offices.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Linda and Henry Fletcher, with whom she made her home; father and stepmother, Richard and Lois Cannon of Struthers; sister, Jill Dudik of Canfield; three children, Douglas (Kelly) Suchy, Shannon (Justin) Cline, both of Boardman; and, Leigha Hensley, at home; five grandchildren, and eight stepsiblings, Michael (Denise) Macklen of Pittsburgh, Kevin Macklen of Reading, PA, Wayne (Rea) Macklen of Pittsburgh, Richard (Rebecca) Macklen of Struthers, Marilyn (Edward) Planinsek of Bridgeville, PA, Susan Macklen of Struthers, Lori (Michael) Dohar of Tampa, FL, and Nancy (Ronnie) Donofrio of Canfield.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Davidson-Becker Funeral Home in Struthers, where family and friends will be received from 5-6:45 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
