Amanda deVillers plans marriage to Justin McCutcheon

Donna and Marc deVillers of Albrightsville, Pa., are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda to Justin McCutcheon. He is the son of Joyce and C.H. McCutcheon of East Palestine.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Jim Thorpe High School in Jim Thorpe, Pa., and received her bachelor's of science degree in biology in 2009 from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa. She is currently pursuing her master's degree at the University of Guam and works as a biological technician at the War in the Pacific National Historical Park in Guam, USA.

Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of East Palestine High School. He earned his bachelor's of science degree in civil engineering and bachelor's of science in architecture in 2006 from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pa. He is employed by dckWorldWide as a project engineer in Guam.

The couple is planning a Sept. 22 wedding at Grace St. Paul United Methodist Church in Jim Thorpe, Pa.

The McCutcheon family is hosting a local reception Sept. 29.
