LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday Corey J. Coleman, 18, Harding Avenue, Salem, pleaded not guilty to possession of criminal tools, criminal mischief and drug paraphernalia. A pretrial was set for Sept. 13.

Jason E. Cope, North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, failed to appear for wrongful entrustment. Case rescheduled for Aug. 23.

Brent T. Miller, 27, Memorial Road NE, Kensington, was fined $50, place on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Floyd Shields, 18, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $100, placed on one year intensive probation and ordered to perform 10 hours community service for theft.

Charles E. Klingelhofer, 28, Knox School Road, Beloit, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle.

Kathryn E. Portman, 38, Commerce Street, New Cumberland, W.Va., was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.

Chelsea A. Cope, 36, Silliman Street, New Waterford, was fined $925, sentenced three days jail and three days aftercare program and placed on two years basic supervised probation for two counts driving under child support suspension, OVI first offense, left of center, lighted lights required, and possession of drug abuse instrument. Drug paraphernalia charge dismissed.

David M. Torrence, 20, Howell Road, East Palestine, was fined $150, place on one year intensive probation, ordered to perform 30 hours community service and had his driver's licenses suspended 180 days for drug paraphernalia.

An Aug. 23 pretrial was set for Chad E. Kellogg, 35, Anderson Avenue, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence.

An Oct. 12 review hearing was set for Timothy M. Wamsley Jr., 29, Etruria Street, East Liverpool, charged with criminal trespass.
