LISBON -- In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, Evan J. Wooding, 25, East Third Street, Salem, was fined $300 and required 40 hours of community service for theft. Wooding reportedly, on four different dates this summer, removed copper from Butech Bliss, where he was employed.
Christopher L. Woolmaker, 28, Cannons Mill Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 60 days in jail for criminal damaging for breaking a security window in the county jail last October.
Mary E. Shaulis, 54, West Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was fined $150 for public intoxication after she was intoxicated outside the police department on Wednesday.
Heath G. Shiflett, 22, Youngstown, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from possession of marijuana.
Richard Andrew Shelton Jr., 44, Canton, was fined $150 for unsafe vehicle amended from speeding.
Teri L. Webber, 57, West Lincoln Way, Lisbon, was fined $100 for passing a bad check to Pilmer's Auto for nearly $76 in April.
A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Robert J. Halfhill Jr., 30, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly trying to get inside a South Lincoln Street home in Lisbon Thursday while intoxicated.
A Sept. 24 pretrial was set for Tommy J. Lemasters, 36, Malone Road, Salineville, charged with OVI first offense and speeding.
An Oct. 1 pretrial was set for Adam L. Tyson, 39, West Tennessee, Sebring, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension.
An Oct. 2 pretrial was set for Fred A. Rogers, 72, Emerick Road, Kensington, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
An Oct. 4 pretrial was set for Brody A. Shaeffer, 18, Wood Street, East Palestine, cited with underage consumption after police reportedly stopped him while holding an 18-pack of Bud Light beer in front of Marathon on Aug. 18, which he admitted to purchasing inside.
An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Shawn Allen Legg, 58, Steubenville, cited with failure to reinstate a license, turn signal violation and seat belt violation.
