LISBON - Kenneth R. Jordan, 29, West Pidgeon Road, Salem, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court on Thursday to two counts of receiving stolen property. Jordan was accused of taking a Hyundai Santa Fe owned by Carmel Mather, and a license plate registered to Heritage Valley Health System of Beaver, Pa., both on May 15. He faces up to two and a half years in prison and a $7,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Nov. 2.
