- Zachary P. Tompkins, 18, Maple Drive, East Liverpool, was southbound on Bell School Road in St. Clair Township at 5:15 p.m. Aug. 28 when a tie rod broke and he went off the right side and struck an embankment and stopped in a corn field.
- Casey L. Folds, 19, Franklin Avenue, Salem, was eastbound on state Route 172 in Hanover Township at 6:51 p.m. Aug. 31 and failed to control and went off the right side and struck an embankment. Folds was cited for failure to control.
- Douglas V. Cain, 30, Arrow Road NW, Carrollton, was westbound on state Route 172 in West Township at 5:20 p.m. Saturday and failed to maintain control and went off the left side and struck a mailbox and a tree. He was cited for failure to control.
