LISBON In Columbiana County Municipal Court Friday, Michael P. Woods, 55, New Castle, Pa., was fined $30 for speeding.
Charles Carroll, 43, Salem-Alliance Road, Salem, was given credit for 90 days served for criminal damaging. According to court documents, Carroll was intoxicated at a Salem home on June 6 and started urinating on the floor and when confronted by the homeowner and escorted to the front door of the home he reportedly forced the front door of the home by putting his shoulder against it and damaging the door frame.
William P. Aldrich, 26, Erie, Pa., was fined $555, sentenced three days jail, placed on one year intensive probation, had his driver's license suspended for six months and was ordered to perform 40 hours community service for drug paraphernalia, OVI first offense and failure to control. An OVI breath above .08 gram charge was dismissed.
Tyrone M. Davis, 39, Eighth Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, placed on one year basic probation, had his driver's license suspended six months and ordered to attend substance abuse classes at the Family Recovery Center for possession of drugs.
An Oct. 11 sentencing was set for Kendrick Power, 23, Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with theft for reportedly taking a Boxer breed puppy from a vehicle parked in the juvenile court lot without permission on Aug. 30.
An Oct. 4 pretrial was set for Marcus A. Prendes, 28, Hammond Park Drive, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense and reckless operation.
An Oct. 23 pretrial was set for Theresa A. Backius, 48, Allen Drive, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct.
A Sept. 29 preliminary hearing was set for Dennis A. Higinbotham, 37, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence.
A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Robert E. Lockhart, 46, East Martin Street, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence.
