- Sean M. Claar, 31, Aliquippa, Pa., and Kenneth W. Krisa, 54, West Main Street, East Palestine, were westbound on state Route 14 and Claar was stopped in traffic when Krisa failed to stop and struck his vehicle. Claar was taken to Beaver Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries and Krisa was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
