COLUMBUS - Jerry James Bradshaw, 69, of Columbus, formerly of Cleveland, died at Grant Medical Center in Columbus on Wednesday.
He was born in Brazil, Ind., the son of Fred and Goldie Daves Bradshaw.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1960 to 1966
He is survived by sons Rusty Shutt in Alabama and Scott Shutt of Texas and a sister.
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman, Ohio.
