- Matthew L. Robinson, 24, East Garfield Road, New Springfield, was northbound on state Route 165 in Unity Township at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 18 when a gray car in the southbound lane reportedly went left of center and struck his vehicle and then continued on.

- Cynthia L. Masters, 36, East Indiana Avenue, Sebring, was southbound on Westville Lake Road and failed to maintain control, over-corrected and crossed the center line and then drove off the left side and struck an embankment and went into a lake. She was taken to Alliance hospital with incapacitating injuries and citations are pending.

- In a report addendum issued this weekend, the following were recently cited for a June 10 vehicle accident in Salem: Jacob L. Terry, 19, East Washington Street, Lisbon, expired license, seat belt, willful or wanton operation on a street or highway, and child endangerment; James F. Shaffer, 20, Maple Street, Lisbon, driving under suspension and willful or wanton operation on a street or highway, and Kathleen M. Kearns, 18, Wampum, Pa., wrongful entrustment. According to reports, Terry was driving a 1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass on Lisbon Road at 9 p.m. June 10 when he attempted to pass Shaffer's vehicle and went off the right side and struck a ditch and a mailbox. Shaffer's vehicle then went off the left side of the road. Both drivers were taken to Salem Hospital with incapacitating injuries and five passengers were also taken to area hospitals with various injuries.

- Kenneth A. Buckley, 66, Burrows Avenue, East Liverpool, was cited after pulling from a stop sign on the state Route 11 exit ramp in Fairfield Township at 8:31 p.m. Sept. 15 and striking a vehicle driven by Andrew J. Detchon, 19, Waddell Street, Leetonia.
