- Krislyn M. Conrad, 22, North Walnut Street, East Palestine, was northbound on state Route 170 in Middleton Township at 8:22 p.m. Friday and was passed by an unknown vehicle, who struck his vehicle causing it to go off the road and hit a parked car and overturn. The other car continued on. Conrad was taken to Beaver Medical Center with non-incapacitating injuries.
- Kaitlin N. Bush, 17, Euclid, Minerva, was eastbound on Major Road in Augusta, Carroll County, at 4:47 p.m. Sept. 18 and went off the right side of the road and then the left before striking an embankment and overturning. She was taken to Mercy Hospital in Canton with non-incapacitating injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
