- Greg McLaughlin, Mountz Road, Salem, reported at 1:24 p.m. Friday he went outside to switch the tires and rims on a trailer and found both the tires and rims were missing, along with an enclosed trailer. The trailer had been on his lot since February 2012. Video footage shows it was taken at 2:49 a.m. attached to a white SUV.

- A hang up 911 call from a home on Holmeswood Drive, Winona, at 11:12 a.m. Friday was found to have been an argument between a husband and wife involving a credit card. Although the wife allegedly grabbed her husband by the face and scratched him, both signed a refusal to prosecute.

- A Lisbon Street, Hanoverton, man reported at 6:23 p.m. Thursday an ex-girlfriend was there earlier and vandalized his truck before leaving.

- A parking problem was reported on Votaw Drive at 6:25 p.m. Thursday. A deputy spoke to the owner of the vehicle and told him not to park in the "no parking" zone or his vehicle would be towed.

- An Alliance Road, Malvern, man reported at 7:26 p.m. Thursday a tenant has not paid the rent or the utility bill. Additionally the tenant has not had the utility bill changed into his name. The landlord then shut off the electric to the apartment, so the tenant ran an extension cord from the vacant upstairs apartment into his own. Deputies explained to the landlord it is against the law to shut off someone's utilities and he should consider a legal eviction process instead.

- A Lisa Lane, Lisbon, man reported at 9:57 a.m. Thursday sometime in the past two weeks someone took his generator, weed trimmer, tools and checkbook from his truck.

- A West Pershing Street, Salem, woman reported at 4:46 p.m. Thursday she went to her ex-boyfriend's home on Lisbon Street in Hanoverton to get her dog and other items, but he would not give them to her. She claimed she gave him the dog two weeks ago to keep his dog company, but now his dog has died. Deputies explained it is a civil matter.

- A Trinity Church Road, Lisbon, woman reported at 10:53 p.m. Thursday about an hour earlier her nieces heard someone outside of their Wellsville Avenue home and saw a short, heavy person behind their mother's car. About 15 minutes later the girls smelled smoke and found the bottom step of the porch on fire. They extinguished it.
