- Ed Sabol, Lisbon Road, Lisbon, reported Sunday one of his cows had been burned and he took the calf to his veterinarian, who determined the animal had been burned with an accelerant. The calf was euthanized, and Sabol contacted the county Humane Society.

Sandy Lane, Homeworth Road, Homeworth, reported Sunday her patio window was shattered with what appeared to a golf ball.

- A deputy was called to home on Depot Road, Guilford Lake, at 10:21 a.m. Sunday in response to a call for assistance. The deputy remained until an ambulance arrived to transport the resident to the hospital.

- Leonard Custer, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, reported Saturday his neighbor's chickens were coming on his property and making a mess. The deputy went to the neighbor's house but no one was home.

- The Rogers Feed Mill, Depot Street, Rogers, was broken into at 9 p.m. Saturday. The burglar broke a window with a brick and stole some petty cash from the register.
