LISBON - In Columbiana County Municipal Court Monday, an Oct. 4 preliminary hearing was set for Andrew J. Sandora, 48, state Route 14, New Waterford, charged with a felony OVI. Additionally, a pretrial was set for the same date for charges of driving under suspension and traffic control devices.

Carrington C. Willis, 24, currently in the county jail, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can return to Queen Anne's County, Md., where he faces charges of theft and forgery.

Darby S. McCoy, 43, Cherry Valley Drive, Leetonia, was fined $775, had his license suspended for six months, required 30 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.

Richard L. Colapietro, 35, Youngstown, was fined $675, had his license suspended for four months, required 40 hours community service and sentenced to three days in jail for improper turn and physical control amended from OVI first offense.

Raymond E. Woods Jr., 53, Latta Road, East Palestine, was fined $100 for rear license plate amended from traffic control device violation.

Matthew W. Juillerat, 21, East North Avenue, East Palestine, and Christopher A. Juillerat, 23, East North Avenue, East Palestine, were each fined $50 for disorderly conduct. Sandra L. Juillerat, 66, East North Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $25 for disorderly conduct.

An Oct. 9 court trial was set for Simon A. Robbie, 39, state Route 517, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence after allegedly threatening to kill his wife.

An Oct. 9 pretrial was set for Nathan E. Steer, U.S. Route 62, Damascus, charged with assault for allegedly choking his girlfriend on Friday at her East Fifth Street home in Salem.

A Nov. 6 pretrial was set for Shawn R. Williams, Commerce Street, Wellsville, charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals after a dog in his care was allegedly allowed to suffer for several days after being injured in a fight with another dog.

A Nov. 13 pretrial was set for Steven Nicholas Raybuck, 26, state Route 39, Wellsville, charged with OVI first offense and a stop sign violation.

A Nov. 19 pretrial was set for James W. Pratt Jr., 29, High Street, Salineville, charged with driving under a 12 point suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

A Nov. 26 pretrial was set for Cynthia D. Fagan, 52, Canton, charged with OVI first offense and failure to control.
