LISBON - Jeriel L. Harrison, 27, Railroad Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to failure to appear on a recognizance bond charge and was sentenced in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Thursday to eight months in prison. Additionally, he was found guilty of violating his probation from a previous trafficking in drugs conviction and was sentenced to 60 days in prison with credit for 50 days served. The sentences will run consecutively.
Brandon E. Hacker, 19, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, stipulated to violating his intervention plan for previous convictions of complicity to breaking and entering and theft. He was sentenced on Thursday to 20 days in jail and placed on three years probation.
