- Michelle L. Rauch, 37, Hunter Camp Road, Lisbon, was southbound on Scott Mill Road in Middleton Township at 8 p.m. Sunday when a northbound vehicle crossed the center line, struck her vehicle and fled.

- Noel S. Blewitt, 38, North Meadowbrook, East Liverpool, was northbound on state Route 45 in Salem at 3:15 p.m. Sunday, swerved to the right to avoid hitting a stopped vehicle and went off the road and hit a fence. Blewitt was cited for failure to control.

- Jacob D. Keenan, 20, Quay Road, Negley, was northbound on state Route 170 in Middleton Township at 10 a.m. Saturday and went off the right side and hit a ditch and overturned. He was treated for non-incapacitating injuries by Negley Rescue and cited for failure to control, no driver's license and OVI.

- Jill E. Silliman, 35, Depot Road, Salem, and David A. Penich, 60, Crucible, Pa., and Gabrielle Marie Nemec, 19, Beaver Falls, Pa., were eastbound on state Route 14 in Knox Township at 5:45 p.m. Friday. Penich and Nemec were stopped in traffic waiting for a vehicle in front of Nemec to make a left hand turn when Silliman struck Penich's vehicle in the rear causing it to go off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole and guide wire pole. Silliman then struck Nemec's vehicle on the right side before going off the right side of the road and hitting a utility pole. Silliman was cited for assured clear distance ahead. Penich was taken to Salem hospital with possible injuries.
